Camera and Photo Access

Personal information is securely stored using our school's systems and trusted cloud service providers:

• Structured application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon.
• Uploaded images and documents are stored securely using Google Cloud Storage.
• Access to stored information is restricted to authorized users and school personnel with appropriate permissions.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only:

• With authorized school administrators, teachers, students, and parents as required for educational services.
• With trusted cloud service providers that host our infrastructure and storage.
• When required by applicable law or legal process.

Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Although we take appropriate security measures, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The CAIS Mobile Application is intended for use by students enrolled at Cambodian Adventist International School under the supervision of the school and, where applicable, their parents or guardians. Student information is collected solely for educational and administrative purposes.
