Uprooting your comfortable lives in the United States to serve in a different corner of the world is a profound calling of the Lord, and you both answered it with grace, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to it. As a school principal, your leadership has been a cornerstone of stability and growth for CAIS over the last four years. Thank you for your wisdom, your ability to guide our students with a firm yet redemptive hand, and your dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, and spiritually grounded environment. You didn’t just manage the school but also initiated to build the sport court and a two story-school building. During these four years, your steady hand and clear vision kept our campus running smoothly, providing the stability our community needed to flourish. Thank you for always prioritizing the well-being of the students, especially the little ones, and staff ensuring that everyone who walked through our campus felt valued and heard.
To Dr. Helen Edwards:
You raised the bar for academic demand and standard at CAIS, ensuring our students receive a world-class international education that prepares them for the university level. Thank you for investing so deeply in both our teaching and non-teaching staff, mentoring them with patience, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Thank you so much for your profound dedication, expertise, and the intellectual way you brought to our CAIS community. Your commitment to high standards, your care for the well-being of those around you, and your willingness to invest deeply in the lives of our students and staff have elevated CAIS in many ways, especially assisting most of our teachers to pursue a master’s degree in Curriculum, Special Education and Education Administration. The influence of a great educator and leader of yours will never be erased from our memories.
As you prepare for the next chapter of your service, please know that you have left behind a legacy of faith, hard-working hands, and educational excellence. You will be missed, and the seeds you have planted here will continue to grow for years to come.
